Ok, may be not quite exactly. The last few weekends when Jared had off, we usually just lounged around at home, as we were both quite tired from all the driving we do. However this weekend, we decided to head down to Julian, which is a an old Gold Mining town. Initially, we wanted to do a tour of the mines, but there were soo many people there this weekend, we opted against it. Not to mention it was super hot. Aww, how I miss Autumn....the changeing of the leaves etc. Being in the sun wasn't very enjoyable for me. Of course, Jared loved the sun and heat. Naturally, since these days he doesn't see the sun to often.
Now a days, Julian is known for their Apple Pies and being a popular motorcyle stop. And since we all know that I'm not a baker, we had to sample one of their delishes pie. Let me tell you, they were heavenly. As for photo opportunities...well, I didn't take that many. Too many people and too HOT. But I did get a few good ones of Jared.
