I created a new blog to document my workout regime. The new blog will focus solely on staying healthy, food and fitness. In the past, I attempted to hold myself accountable on this blog. But it never worked out, as I always found other more interesting stuff to blog about. Now, let's be honest reading about what I eat and what exercises I completed is not very exciting. Besides listing my work outs, my goal is to document all items I eat by taking a photo of it. Simple, right?! Generally, I'm a pretty healthy eater, but every now and then I do eat unhealthy (lots of sweets and chocolate during that time of the month). By taking photos of what I eat, I will be able to track how much of unhealthy snacks I need to cut out.
Awesome, Nina! Once the family leaves and I can get back into my routine I will be trying out the Insanity dvds. It'll be neat to compare and contrast each others experiences. =) Good luck and have fun with it!! <3 M
